8:30 – Pre-hike yoga warm up

10:15 – Full day hiking with a healthy packed lunch on the mountain
17:15 – Fresh healthy juice / smoothie
18:00 – Slow flow yoga followed by meditation

Wednesday
8:30 – Rocket 2 – Back bends and shoulders
10:30 – Brunch
Massages and free time (hot tub, sauna and relaxing time)
13:30 – Optional Shuttle into Chamonix town
17:00 – Shuttle back to the chalet from Chamonix train station
17:15 – Fresh healthy juice / smoothie
17:30 – Yoga workshop, poses are broken down and explained and we play around with more challenging postures
From 19:00 – Transfers into town for free time and dinner at local restaurants.
Thursday
8:30 – Slow flow morning full body wake up
10:30 – Brunch
11:15 – Transfers to the spa
