- 7am – Pre-ski Vinyasa Flow (60 mins)
- 8:15am – Breakfast
- 8:45am – Transfers to the ski lifts
- Guided Skiing On and Off Piste
- Followed by free time on or off the slopes
- 3pm – First transfer back from the slopes
- 4pm – Second transfer back from the slopes
- 4:30pm – Healthy recovery snack/fresh juice/green smoothie
- Massages, hot tub, sauna and relaxing time
- 5:30pm – Stretch and Soothe Restorative Yoga (60 mins)
- 7:30pm – Dinner
- Saturday April 20th
- 7am – Pre-ski Vinyasa flow (60 mins)
- 8:15am – Breakfast
- 8:45am – Transfers to the ski lifts
