<p>Start your day feeling grounded, energised, and clear with your Morning Energising Yoga class designed to awaken your body and focus your mind.</p>
<p>We begin gently, arriving on the mat with intentional breath work to clear the mind and ignite vitality. Through guided pranayama, we will stimulate circulation, awaken our nervous system, and create space for clarity and calm.</p>
<p>From there, we move into a fluid vinyasa flow style practice that links breath with movement. Expect a balanced sequence that gradually builds warmth: sun salutations, standing postures, light twists, and heart-opening shapes to release stiffness and invite strength. Options and variations are offered throughout, making the practice accessible whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to deepen your experience.</p>
<p>Everyday will be a brand new sequence aimed to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to meet your day with steady energy and an open heart.</p>

<p>Every evening we will close with a deeply restorative<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span>Yoga Nidra &#8211; a guided meditation often described as “yogic sleep.” Lying comfortably, I will lead you through body awareness, breath sensing, and visualisation to promote profound relaxation. This practice helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and prepare the body for restful sleep.</p>

<p><strong>ACCOMMODATION</strong></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">Our large and beautiful Alpine chalet is perfectly located in the Chamonix valley for easy access to areas of interest, beautiful hiking trails and boasts stunning views of Mont Blanc. </span><span class="color_15">The chalet is just as intimate and cosy as it is spectacular and luxurious, thanks to its clever design with several sumptuous social areas.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">The chalet is a former mill and </span><span class="color_15">has been built and decorated by the most sought after artisans in the valley, so every aspect has been finished to perfection and careful attention. The lovely yoga space is in the heart of the chalet with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light under the beautiful wooden roof beams. The chalet also has its own spa area with a sauna and treatment room for the on-site massages.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">It is centrally located in the Chamonix valley in the quaint village of Les Tines, a short distance from Chamonix town, with breath-taking panoramic views of the French Alps from the hot tub, sun terraces and garden.</span></p>

<p>The quality of the food on our retreats is very important to us. You will enjoy healthy, nutritional meals carefully chosen by our excellent chef to complement the retreat perfectly. The gourmet food on our retreats is absolutely delicious and mostly vegan or vegetarian but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat. We use organic and local produce where possible.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Sian Bradbury is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer, retreat leader, and mentor who teaches with passion, experience, and heart. With nine years of teaching experience, she offers classes, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for all levels, helping students connect more deeply with their mind, body, and spirit through yoga.</p>
<p class="p1">Originally a professional dancer, Sian travelled the world working within a physically demanding industry before discovering yoga as a way to create balance and calm. Her background in dance brings a creative, fluid, and intelligently structured approach to her classes, blending strength, mobility, and grace.</p>
<p class="p1">Sian thoughtfully incorporates pranayama, mudra, mantra, yoga nidra, and yoga philosophy into her teaching, creating practices that feel grounding, supportive, and inspiring. Her classes are inclusive and adaptable, welcoming all levels and abilities, and she is passionate about creating spaces where students feel safe to explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.</p>

<p><strong>THE HIKES</strong></p>
<p>Experience guided walks through the stunning French Alps.</p>
<p>Our half day hikes last 2 – 3 hours with rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. Our qualified and experienced walking guide carefully chooses trails to suit the abilities of our clients. She will make sure no-one is left behind, while imparting knowledge on the local flora and fauna.</p>
<p>On the full day hike we set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday we make ourselves comfortable in an idyllic setting for some high mountain yoga or meditation followed by a healthy packed lunch with impressive views like those at <a href="https://www.chamonix.com/lac-blanc,46-195135,en.html">Lac Blanc</a>. When rested, we continue our inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and relax in the hot tub.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT TO BRING</strong></p>
<p>Chamonix Mont Blanc is the most beautiful Alpine region in Europe and as with all mountain regions, the weather is unpredictable. It can be extremely hot on sunny days and occasionally very cold even in summer, so it’s a good idea to check the weather report right before you travel.</p>
<p>We recommend bringing hiking boots or sensible outdoor footwear, sunglasses, sun cream, a sun hat, a bathing suit (for the hot tub / spa), a backpack, a waterproof coat and warm layers. Don’t panic if you come unprepared or forget anything, there are plenty of shops in town.</p>
<p>We provide all yoga equipment (mats, blocks, bricks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets).</p>
<p>We also provide towels and bathrobes at the chalet so no need to bring your own.</p>

<p data-start="0" data-end="132">In the morning, Nola will guide an invigorating movement practice designed to energise the body and build upon foundational poses. She will help focus the mind for the day ahead through yogic breathing techniques, meditation practices, and daily journaling prompts. Each session will be layered to suit every level and every body, offering space to explore, add options, and take exactly what’s needed &#8211; while leaving behind what’s not. This is your practice, and Nola encourages everyone to make it their own.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p>Since Nola Garven was very young, her mother would tell her to get on the floor and move; a big stretch and a deep breath were her mother’s solution for every gripe she had.</p>
<p>She swayed away from that advice for years before returning to yoga in 2017, beginning her training by studying Bikram. She has since transitioned to focusing on cultivating a healthy mind-body connection within her offerings on the mat.</p>
<p>In Nola’s classes, and in her company, you’ll find laid-back movement for every single body. Safe and inclusive, her space is warm and welcoming. A place where no one cares how flexible you are or whether you can touch your toes.</p>
<p>With a particular interest and additional training in anatomy and physiology, Nola recognises that every asana feels different to each individual and aims to help everyone find the best nourishment from their practice.</p>
<p>She’s often told that she has a unique way of making a strong vinyasa class feel like a dreamy yin.</p>

<p>Christine&#8217;s classes are welcoming to all, for all levels of experience, and are filled with humor, light and love. Modifications, adjustments and enhancements are addressed individually so that each person feels seen and supported. The retreat will be centered around the summer solstice energy of expansion and joy.</p>
<p>The morning practice will harness the energy of the sun through Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, Qi Gong, meditation and breathwork. We will set intentions to create clarity in the mind and bring fresh energy to the body. You will be inspired and energized for the day ahead.</p>
<p>The evening practice will be a grounding wind down, designed to relax and release the body and mind for a calm evening and restful sleep.</p>

<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">Our large and beautiful Alpine chalet is perfectly located in the Chamonix valley for easy access to areas of interest, beautiful hiking trails and boasts stunning views of Mont Blanc. </span><span class="color_15">The chalet is just as intimate and cosy as it is spectacular and luxurious, thanks to its clever design with several sumptuous social areas.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">The chalet is a former mill and </span><span class="color_15">has been built and decorated by the most sought after artisans in the valley, so every aspect has been finished to perfection and careful attention. The lovely yoga space is in the heart of the chalet with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light under the beautiful wooden roof beams. The chalet also has its own spa area with a sauna and treatment room for the on-site massages.</span></p>

<p><strong>HEALTHY EATING</strong></p>
<p>The quality of the food on our retreats is very important to us. You will enjoy healthy, nutritional meals carefully chosen by our excellent chef to complement the retreat perfectly. The gourmet food on our retreats is absolutely delicious and mostly vegan or vegetarian but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat. We use organic and local produce where possible.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p>Christine Burke stepped into yoga as an actress and a dancer in New York in 1994 and it changed her life. In 2000 she received her first certification in Los Angeles as a 200-hour level teacher. She has been teaching full time ever since. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 800-hour-plus level and has taught thousands of students of all ages.</p>
<p>Christine and her husband Gary McCleery founded Liberation Yoga in 2004. The studio was named in the ‘Top 20 Yoga Studios In The World’ by Travel + Leisure magazine and ‘Best Yoga Studio In LA’ by LA Weekly and named in the “Top Ten Most Beautiful Yoga Studios in the U.S.” by <a href="http://tripping.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tripping.com</a>. Christine’s writing has been featured in LA Yoga and Yogi Times and her teaching has been featured in LA Times, LA Weekly, Yogi Times, LA Yoga, Westways Magazine, Great Yoga Teachers and many online magazines. Christine’s first book, The Yoga Healer, was awarded “The Best Yoga Book” for 2017 by Soul And Spirit Magazine. The Yoga Healer and her second book, The Power of Breath and Hand Yoga Pranayama and Mudras For Health and Wellbeing, have gone on to be reissued and translated into several languages. Her newest book, The Little Book of Yoga was released in 2025.</p>
<p>Christine has been the yoga and meditation teacher at the Marlborough School since 2012 and is the creator of The Spiritual Mental Health Diet, a beloved and powerful online program of self-care and self-discovery since 2017.  She is a grief educator through mind-body connection and movement since losing her husband in 2021. Her most recent passion project is her podcast Zen Maintenance With Christine Burke. Christine lives happily and in gratitude with her daughter Clementine and their pets sharing the gift of yoga and life in Los Angeles.</p>

<p><strong>THE HIKES</strong></p>
<p>Experience guided walks through the stunning French Alps.</p>
<p>Our half day hikes last 2 – 3 hours with rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. Our qualified and experienced walking guide carefully chooses trails to suit the abilities of our clients. She will make sure no-one is left behind, while imparting knowledge on the local flora and fauna.</p>
<p>On the full day hike we set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday we make ourselves comfortable in an idyllic setting for some high mountain yoga or meditation followed by a healthy packed lunch with impressive views like those at <a href="https://www.chamonix.com/lac-blanc,46-195135,en.html">Lac Blanc</a>. When rested, we continue our inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and relax in the hot tub.</p>

<p>Mariza Smith has been teaching yoga since an extended trip to India in 2008, and teaching others how to teach in the Chamonix valley since 2014. Her inspiration comes from all over; ashtanga, jivamukti, observation of the world around us and restorative yoga with her wonderful teacher Judith Hanson Lasater. Classes are often set to music and intended to get the blood pumping and body moving, before a long wind down and eventual deep rest in savasana.</p>
<p>Mariza teaches instinctively, adapting the vinyasa practice to the bodies in the room. Yoga with Mariza is inclusive, playful and fun, it aims to be the thing that brightens and lightens each day.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During this retreat you will explore the incredible hiking trails of Chamonix whilst developing your strength, flexibility, well-being and mindfulness.</p>
<p data-start="0" data-end="132">In the morning, Nola will guide an invigorating movement practice designed to energise the body and build upon foundational poses. She will help focus the mind for the day ahead through yogic breathing techniques, meditation practices, and daily journaling prompts. Each session will be layered to suit every level and every body, offering space to explore, add options, and take exactly what’s needed &#8211; while leaving behind what’s not. This is your practice, and Nola encourages everyone to make it their own.</p>
<p data-start="520" data-end="904" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">In the evening, before a nourishing meal together, she will welcome participants to a warm restorative and yin yoga practice. During this time, you’ll find deep rest in the tissues while settling into longer, juicy holds, using supportive props to release mental weight and ease overwhelm. It’s an opportunity to sink deeper and experience the quiet magic of yin and restorative yoga.</p>

<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">Our large and beautiful Alpine chalet is perfectly located in the Chamonix valley for easy access to areas of interest, beautiful hiking trails and boasts stunning views of Mont Blanc. </span><span class="color_15">The chalet is just as intimate and cosy as it is spectacular and luxurious, thanks to its clever design with several sumptuous social areas.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">The chalet is a former mill and </span><span class="color_15">has been built and decorated by the most sought after artisans in the valley, so every aspect has been finished to perfection and careful attention. The lovely yoga space is in the heart of the chalet with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light under the beautiful wooden roof beams. The chalet also has its own spa area with a sauna and treatment room for the on-site massages.</span></p>

<p><strong>HEALTHY EATING</strong></p>
<p>The quality of the food on our retreats is very important to us. You will enjoy healthy, nutritional meals carefully chosen by our excellent chef to complement the retreat perfectly. The gourmet food on our retreats is absolutely delicious and mostly vegan or vegetarian but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat. We use organic and local produce where possible.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p>Since Nola Garven was very young, her mother would tell her to get on the floor and move; a big stretch and a deep breath were her mother’s solution for every gripe she had.</p>
<p>She swayed away from that advice for years before returning to yoga in 2017, beginning her training by studying Bikram. She has since transitioned to focusing on cultivating a healthy mind-body connection within her offerings on the mat.</p>
<p>In Nola’s classes, and in her company, you’ll find laid-back movement for every single body. Safe and inclusive, her space is warm and welcoming. A place where no one cares how flexible you are or whether you can touch your toes.</p>
<p>With a particular interest and additional training in anatomy and physiology, Nola recognises that every asana feels different to each individual and aims to help everyone find the best nourishment from their practice.</p>
<p>She’s often told that she has a unique way of making a strong vinyasa class feel like a dreamy yin.</p>

<p><strong>THE HIKES</strong></p>
<p>Experience guided walks through the stunning French Alps.</p>
<p>Our half day hikes last 2 – 3 hours with rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. Our qualified and experienced walking guide carefully chooses trails to suit the abilities of our clients. She will make sure no-one is left behind, while imparting knowledge on the local flora and fauna.</p>
<p>On the full day hike we set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday we make ourselves comfortable in an idyllic setting for some high mountain yoga or meditation followed by a healthy packed lunch with impressive views like those at <a href="https://www.chamonix.com/lac-blanc,46-195135,en.html">Lac Blanc</a>. When rested, we continue our inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and relax in the hot tub.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT TO BRING</strong></p>
<p>Chamonix Mont Blanc is the most beautiful Alpine region in Europe and as with all mountain regions, the weather is unpredictable. It can be extremely hot on sunny days and occasionally very cold even in summer, so it’s a good idea to check the weather report right before you travel.</p>
<p>We recommend bringing hiking boots or sensible outdoor footwear, sunglasses, sun cream, a sun hat, a bathing suit (for the hot tub / spa), a backpack, a waterproof coat and warm layers. Don’t panic if you come unprepared or forget anything, there are plenty of shops in town.</p>
<p>We provide all yoga equipment (mats, blocks, bricks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets).</p>
<p>We also provide towels and bathrobes at the chalet so no need to bring your own.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p>Anne Marie Gordon is a Senior Yoga Teacher based in Sheffield, UK who has been teaching for 14 years. Her passion for the practice and lifestyle comes through various teachings and techniques, and she enjoys the versatility of yoga practice to meet you where you are. Through Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin styles, activity, breath, and deep relaxation, she incorporates effective practices to cultivate the inner expansive experience of &#8216;Yoga&#8217;.</p>
<div>In her years of training, she has come to specialise in Hot Yoga, classical Dharma Yoga and Dharma Yoga Wheel, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Somatic Embodiment and Vedic Philosophy. In recent years, she has delved into earth-based spiritual practices that incorporate Drum and Voice Shamanic journeys, and Ceremonial Cacao as part of her offerings.</div>

<p>Helen Anderson offers a range of styles, specialising in vinyasa, hatha, yin and somatic yoga (for pain relief) as well as sound healing. Her teaching genre weaves together creativity, strength, and softness. With a strong personal practice, Helen supports students of all levels &#8211; from complete beginners to advanced practitioners &#8211; through dynamic flows, grounding yin, and focused workshops. She aims to create a space where everyone feels empowered, present, and connected.</p>
<p>Before fully stepping into the world of yoga, Helen worked across various industries and countries, from hospitality and retail to marketing and business development. Having lived in Greece, France, Argentina, Spain, and the UK, she brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of people to her teaching.</p>
<p>Since transitioning into wellness over 5 years ago, Helen has built a successful yoga business, hosting retreats, events and workshops and collaborated with brands like Nespresso and Fiit. <p><strong>THE HIKES</strong></p>
<p>Experience guided walks through the stunning French Alps.</p>
<p>Our gentle half day hikes last 2 – 3 hours with plenty of rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. Our qualified and experienced walking guide carefully chooses trails to suit the abilities of our clients. She will make sure no-one is left behind, while imparting knowledge on the local flora and fauna.</p>
<p>On the full day hike we set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday we make ourselves comfortable in an idyllic setting for some high mountain yoga or meditation followed by a healthy packed lunch with impressive views like those at <a href="https://www.chamonix.com/lac-blanc,46-195135,en.html">Lac Blanc</a>. When rested, we continue our inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and relax in the hot tub.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT TO BRING</strong></p>
<p>Chamonix Mont Blanc is the most beautiful Alpine region in Europe and as with all mountain regions, the weather is unpredictable. It can be extremely hot on sunny days and occasionally very cold even in summer, so it’s a good idea to check the weather report right before you travel.</p>
<p>We recommend bringing hiking boots or sensible outdoor footwear, sunglasses, sun cream, a sun hat, a bathing suit (for the hot tub / spa), a backpack, a waterproof coat and warm layers. You may also want to bring bed socks or slippers to wear around the chalet. Don’t worry if you come unprepared or forget anything, there are plenty of shops in town.</p>
<p>We provide all yoga equipment (mats, blocks, bricks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets).</p>
<p>We also provide towels and bathrobes at the chalet so no need to bring your own.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<div class="elementToProof">Gerry Kielty began the practice and study of yoga as a teenager. He first qualified and taught as an Iyengar Teacher in 1995 and latterly studied and also taught Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. He was fortunate to have studied both with BKS Iyengar and Shri. K. Pattabhi Jois.</div>

<div class="elementToProof">Gerry has developed his own style known for his unique sequencing that focuses on precision and alignment integrated with a slow, steady asana flow and held poses. His emphasis being that the Yoga practice should feel and be therapeutic in order to promote wellbeing both physically and mentally.</div>

<div class="elementToProof">He currently co owns/directs Balance yoga and health studio in Glasgow.  The centre was the first and longest standing of its kind in Scotland. The centre opened in 2002, and Gerry has been teaching for 30 years. Gerry continues to conduct workshops and retreats around the United Kingdom and internationally. He is also founder and principal to the Balance yoga teacher training course.</div>

<p>Holly Warren is a teacher trainer, workshop leader and international retreat facilitator with over 1600hrs teacher training experience.</p>
<p>As a life long student of Yoga, her ability to convey movement dialogue in an accessible and intelligent way comes from her eclectic background. Initially training with the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and at The Place, she had an eight year professional contemporary dance career, worked as tutor on three month residential leadership training programs and led four day breath and meditation workshops. Where she developed a daily sitting practice with an emphasis on the movement of breath. She also uses Yoga Nidra and NeuroLinguistic Programming as tools to support her life and teaching.</p>
<p>As a creative facilitator with 15 years teaching experience, Holly’s teaching focuses on awareness and sensation of breath. As well as developing healthy body mechanics, alignment, postural strength and vitality through movement and mindfulness. Having had the pleasure of learning with Yoga Master Sri OP Tiwari, Director of Kaivalyadhama, Paul Dallaghan and Adyashanti she recently undertook the Mindfulness Meditation facilitation program with Buddhist teacher and psychotherapist Michael Stone. Her passion rests with keeping it simple and the investigation of the basics in her own practice.</p>

<p><strong>THE HIKES</strong></p>
<p>Experience guided walks through the stunning French Alps.</p>
<p>Our gentle half day hikes last 2 – 3 hours with plenty of rest time to take in the incredible views. No prior fitness level is required. Our qualified and experienced walking guide carefully chooses trails to suit the abilities of our clients. She will make sure no-one is left behind, while imparting knowledge on the local flora and fauna.</p>
<p>On the full day hike we set off to explore some of Chamonix’s best hiking trails. Around midday we make ourselves comfortable in an idyllic setting for some high mountain yoga or meditation followed by a healthy packed lunch with impressive views like those at <a href="https://www.chamonix.com/lac-blanc,46-195135,en.html">Lac Blanc</a>. When rested, we continue our inspirational journey through the spectacular Mont Blanc mountain range before returning to the chalet to enjoy a fresh healthy smoothie and relax in the hot tub.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT TO BRING</strong></p>
<p>Chamonix Mont Blanc is the most beautiful Alpine region in Europe and as with all mountain regions, the weather is unpredictable. It can be extremely hot on sunny days and occasionally very cold even in summer, so it’s a good idea to check the weather report right before you travel.</p>
<p>We recommend bringing hiking boots or sensible outdoor footwear, sunglasses, sun cream, a sun hat, a bathing suit (for the hot tub / spa), a backpack, a waterproof coat and warm layers. Don’t panic if you come unprepared or forget anything, there are plenty of shops in town.</p>
<p>We provide all yoga equipment (mats, blocks, bricks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets).</p>
<p>We also provide towels and bathrobes at the chalet so no need to bring your own.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Join us for a beautiful spring-time retreat in Chamonix-Mont Blanc, where we will immerse ourselves in the beauty of yoga, nature and meditation. Move with freedom through soft flow yoga, experience exhilarating hikes with stunning views, delve into delicious deep meditation practices and enjoy spa treatments and mouth watering, nutritious food.</p>
<p>During the week we will explore and taste the full experience of Vinyasa Flow. Creating a space to engage in a playful and joyful exploration of this physical and spiritual practice. Through Vinyasa (flow) yoga classes you will learn how to explore a richer experience of your practice by listening deeply to your body and breath. Cultivate clarity and insight, and gain a greater understanding of what it means to move with love. We will also be adhering to the core of a yoga practice by recognising the discipline and connection yoga instills in ourselves and one another. Be inspired and excited to open the body and heart to new experiences of being present from moment to moment, aligning with your true nature through a soul shining retreat. There will be plenty of Yin, Nidra (yoga sleep), Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to nourish and restore the body and inspire the mind.</p>
<p>It is our intention to create a week of fun, laughter, love and breath. Prepare to open a new chapter.  This retreat is open to all levels of experience.</p>

<p><strong>ACCOMMODATION</strong></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">Our large and beautiful Alpine chalet is perfectly located in the Chamonix valley for easy access to areas of interest, beautiful hiking trails and boasts stunning views of Mont Blanc. </span><span class="color_15">The chalet is just as intimate and cosy as it is spectacular and luxurious, thanks to its clever design with several sumptuous social areas.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">The chalet is a former mill and </span><span class="color_15">has been built and decorated by the most sought after artisans in the valley, so every aspect has been finished to perfection and careful attention. The lovely yoga space is in the heart of the chalet with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light under the beautiful wooden roof beams. The chalet also has its own spa area with a sauna and treatment room for the on-site massages.</span></p>
<p class="font_8"><span class="color_15">It is centrally located in the Chamonix valley in the quaint village of Les Tines, a short distance from Chamonix town, with breath-taking panoramic views of the French Alps from the hot tub, sun terraces and garden.</span></p>

<p><strong>HEALTHY EATING</strong></p>
<p>The quality of the food on our retreats is very important to us. You will enjoy healthy, nutritional meals carefully chosen by our excellent chef to complement the retreat perfectly. The gourmet food on our retreats is absolutely delicious and mostly vegan or vegetarian but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat. We use organic and local produce where possible.</p>

<p><strong>ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR</strong></p>
<p>Susie Murray started practicing yoga in her late teens following an injury incurred through her dance training.  The freedom and ease that she found while dancing was reawakened when she discovered yoga.   She has studied and attended an eclectic array of workshops and trainings with internationally acclaimed instructors offering her the opportunity to deepen her studies in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and meditation but due to her background in dance her style is deeply rooted in Vinyasa.  This is reflected in her teaching which lends to the smooth choreography of her classes.</p>
<p>Alignment and balanced energy flow are consistent points of focus in all of Susie&#8217;s classes.  Susie will cue and guide you through the practice using the breath to create and deepen an experience of fluid yoga transitions.  She truly believes your breath is the key to connecting to the wholeness of who you truly are and letting go of what might be holding you back.  This improves strength, conditioning and flexibility in the body.</p>
